SMEs, Startups and Social Entrepreneurs are in the focus of my work, as well as the persons, that are related to them. I support them directly to develop innovative strategies and implement change processes, or work with chambers chambers and associations to develop innovative programs and services for their target groups. Also, I foster financial inclusion and advice financial institutions to develop relevant financial services for entrepreneurs, female founders and small businesses. Thus, I strive to contribute to sustainable and innovative economic structures and development.
