Assignment:

Identify measures of climate relevant COVID recovery for MSME.

Implementation:

With a team of programme experts of an international organisation practical options for climate relevant adaption and strengthening are deveoped, specifically for small and growing businesses in Mexico.

Conducting a strategic assessment for a chamber of commerce in Latin America.

Assignment:

Conduct a strategic assessment to evaluate the current situation and options of growth of an important Latin American chamber of commerce.

Implementation:

Conducting desktop research, guiding a self assessment and implementing interviews to analyse the current situation, necessities and options for a future and growth oriented service offer of the chamber.

Example:

Developing toolboxes for constitution and strategic development of financial institution academies and associations.

Assignment:

Develop toolboxes that support collaborators of a large German foundation in the constitution and strategic development of micro finance academies and associations in Eastern Europa, Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Implementation:

In cooperation with a further experts process flow charts were developed, tools identified and a digital toolbox developed and implemented.

Workshops on demand analysis, strategy definition and process development were conducted with teams and leaders; targets and indicators for measuring results developed; support given to implement the targeted strategies and processes; team building measures were implemented to strengthen cooperation between departments.

Assignment:

To develop a coherent leadership and communication culture with executives of the upper three management levels

Implementation:

Design and implementation of seven workshops with representatives of the three top management levels of the institution to analyse the existing situation, develop common leadership principles and define the internal communication tools to be used regularly.

Programme of a Mexican Foundation to Foster Financial Capabilities of Students and Their Parents

Assignment:

Impact-oriented evaluation of the results of a one-year training programme conducted at 13 schools in several federal states as input for a strategic reorientation of the programme.

Implementation:

Analysis of the programme's original objectives and development of indicators to measure results and impact; development of tools for data collection in the participating schools; application of surveys and data collection among students, teachers and parents through three interventions during the school year; evaluation of results; preparation and presentation of a final report and recommendations for the future programme strategy.
