I support founders and medium-sized companies to develop innovative concepts and strategies and to be well-positioned for the future. I offer advice, training, project management and impact evaluations. A special focus is the work with women-led startups and companies.

In cooperation with a further experts process flow charts were developed, tools identified and a digital toolbox developed and implemented.

Assignment:

Impact-oriented evaluation of the results of a one-year training programme conducted at 13 schools in several federal states as input for a strategic reorientation of the programme.

Implementation:

Analysis of the programme's original objectives and development of indicators to measure results and impact; development of tools for data collection in the participating schools; application of surveys and data collection among students, teachers and parents through three interventions during the school year; evaluation of results; preparation and presentation of a final report and recommendations for the future programme strategy.
