In Mexico there are around 357,000 companies with 6 to 15 employees, at the transition from micro-enterprises to small companies. They contribute around 7% of GDP and 15% of employment in Mexico. With growing production and an increasingly complex operational structure, these companies have special characteristics and specific needs for support.

The highly specialized boutique consulting organization SOLLIV identified this segment in 2019 and has now started the project “META – Transform your business, Edition 2024-2025”, in which the Ursula Heimann & Partner UG is participating. The project offers e-learning, live workshops, virtual advice and an implementation challenge on topics such as financial planning, sales, digitalization, climate resilience and leadership. It is being carried out in Mexico with funds from the MetLife Foundation and this year is particularly aimed at women-run businesses in the segment.

Agora 20230 Mexico, the Ministry of Economic Development of Mexiko-City and the Female Entrepreneur Association CCME in Yucatan are cooperation partners.
