React with Impact - GUSTAV Programme
Looking forward with renewed power.
From August to December 2023 the GUSTAV program offered workshops, seminaries and networking for Social Businesses and Entrepreneurs in Northern Germany. Participants could also receive individual consulting and coaching sessions.
We delivered the program in cooperation with the EZN Erfinderzentrum Norddeutschland GmbH, with the objective to strengthen social businesses with respect to the their economic, ecological and social sustainability and to foster their crisis resilience.

Building strong and resilient social businesses
Social businesses develop innovations, which contribute to solve current global challenges.
They use economic success to achieve social impact.
To multiple and scale up their business models, strong and sustainable business strategies need to be designed and implemented.
Also, social businesses, need to protect their innovations and their brand. They also need to assure, that they comply with patent rights and patent laws.

Sustainability Checkup
Is your social business economically, ecologically and socially sustainable?
Analyse main areas and processes of your business with our Sustainability Checkup. Identify opportunities to improve your business in oder to strengten it and to scale up your impact. Build a network with other social businesses and with other stakeholders of the impact ecosystem.
Networking in a historic tram
Be there and get to know motivated startups. What is happening with the implementation of the UN's 17 sustainability goals? Ask questions, offer support, and expand your network while riding a vintage tram.
This event is aimed at startups that act and think with a focus on the common good and actors from the areas of funding, support and financing (VC) who are enthusiastic about social entrepreneurship. Anyone from the startup ecosystem can take part.
